| was born in London and has lived in both England and Hong Kong, she returned to Hong Kong in the late 1980’s. Possessing an impeccable eye for detail and creative flair, she had a very successful career in the fashion industry. However, fuelled by her immense passion for food, Kim left for London to study Food and Wine. Armed with the knowledge she had attained, she returned to Hong Kong with the dream of setting up her own restaurant.
After six months of total renovation and construction in December 2000, Kim finally opened the doors of her restaurant to her guests. We have received accolades from near and far, attracting clientele from all over the world.
